My 4 year old woke this morning and is vomiting green. nothing else but green. he hasn't kept any fluid down. could it be a bug or more serious?

Many causes: It could be any number of things. If there is diarrhea it is probably food poisoning. If no diarrhea it can still be food poisoning but i would be concerned about something more serious. You should call his pediatrician.
