Retitration: If you are compliant with the use of CPAP and still feel fatigued during the day, you may want to go back and see your sleep physician to get your CPAP pressure retitrated. If you have been using the CPAP for couple of years, you may need your pressure readjusted. This is especially true if you have gained significant amount of weight or have started on new medications.

Alternatives: Speak to your doctor about alternatives to Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). these might include Provigil, Nuvigil and sustained release methylphenidate like Concerta. Hopefully you will not experience emotional side effects.
