Dug Abuse?: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is not for treating fatigue. Misusing this drug can cause a brain disease of addiction. A 26 year old female should not be having our symptoms. I would advise a thorough medical and laboratory evaluation at your doctor's office.

Fatigue is nonspecif: There are many causes of fatigue. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a stimulant but you may have a underlying conditioning worsening your fatigue. The best part is that many causes are treatable once the diagnosis is made. Make an appointment to see your GP for evaluation of fatigue. Can Fam Physician. May 2007; 53(5): 892
