Why does my whole left body feels tingly during migraine?

"Hemiplegic": A known association with migraine is tingling dysesthesia affecting one half the body, especially face and hand. Uncertain cause but may be ischemic to parietal area of the brain. Best to use Aspirin to avoid risk of stroke. Need a thorough medical evaluation.
