Is it possible to have a balloon dilation endoscopy?

Balloon sinuplasty: Balloon sinus dilation is always done endoscopically. The purpose of the procedure is to dilate the opening of the sinuses in order to treat a chronically inflammed sinus cavity. It is a non invasive method of treating sinusitis surgically.
