Toothpastes & strips: Your pharmacy will have these products. Don't expect them to work anywhere nearly as well as a whitening procedure provided by your dentist.

White strips: After an oral exam by your dentists the most effective over the counter solution my patients have found is using white strips which are adhesive strips that when placed on the teeth for the prescribed time puts a layer of a whitening agent on the front teeth. There are whitening toothpastes and oral mouthrinses available but my patients have found the strips more effective.
