Depends: Working out routinely, even 7 days a week is fine if properly regulated and recovery periods are sufficient. Eating sweets all the time, however, con really harm your system, your chemistry and possibly set you up for diabetes. Not to mention being harmful for your teeth. Watch out for the sugary energy drinks. Reduce / restrict the suger and keep your teeth clean. Drink lots of plain water.
