No but . . .: I'm not aware of any exercise that's "good" for an enlarged prostate. However, any exercise has many benefits over the long haul such as lower risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, dementia, death, etc. So regardless of exercise's (lack of) benefit on prostate, don't just sit there, do something! ps recent study suggests aerobic exercise best to lose fat while resistance training good 4 muscle.
