I have enlarged tonsils for months no pain, but can feel them when i swallow like it makes a noise, but also feel when i exercise i can't get a good breath through nose. can enlarged tonsils effect nose breathing aswell?

Nasal passage inflammation has many possible conditions associated, including chronic infection, allergic rhinitis, polyps and aspirin sensitivity. Do you have a history of allergies, asthma or sinusitis? Chronic infection should be ruled out. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, green discharge and fever.
