Chewable, No Gummies: A chewable multivitamin with iron is the best option. Gummy vitamins are not complete. For an adolescent girl, i would also want to make sure she is getting a calcium supplement as well.

Chewables: 15 year olds generally require adult vitamins. There are many forms of adult chewable vitamins available, including "gummy" vitamins. Check with your doctor for your daughtet's specific needs.
