Yes: Prenatal vitamins are definitely healthy for women in their adolescence. Typically most prenatals have extra folic acid, iron and calcium. I typically recommend cost comparison to my patients because sometimes there is an upcharge on prenatals. Check the labels, you may find another brand has same ingredients but is cheaper if it doesn't say 'prenatal' on it. Just an idea. But definitely safe.
