Not much: If she is using formula exclusively and you have a good brand and using a good water source you should not have to give her any additional vitamins. The better quality ones now have dha/epa and often probiotics. The persistent cough at that young age needs to be investigated in more detail and if not infectious in nature reflux from the stomach should be considered.

Vit D, probiotic: Infant formula should provide most of the vitamins she needs but she may benefit from additional vit d- the vitamin d council advises infants take 1000 iu/day (upper limit of 2000) & formula probably has no more than 400 iu. See http://www.Vitamindcouncil.Org/about-vitamin-d/how-do-i-get-the-vitamin-d-my-body-needs/
vit c 250 mg 2x/day may help. Consider a probiotic with bifidus. See my comment:.

The probiotic with bifidobacteria is wise since she was on antibiotics. As Dr. Rankin mentioned, consider reflux as a cause. Also consider consulting a doctor who does homeopathy, as I have found homeopathy to be very effective in treating coughs in people of all ages.
