Vitamins: At age 3, most children need a healthy diet. This includes many fruits and vegetables and also meats and dairy. Avoid sugar drinks and also starches and desserts. Your child will feel healthier and most likely look healthier if they eat a healthy diet. If you want to also add a vitamin, you can add a daily general multivitamin. The healthy diet will provide much more health than the vitamin.
