Walk: I assume you don't want to purchase equipment or go to a gym. There are many things that you can do without equipment-and walking is the easiest. It requires no special equipment, and benefits not only your legs, but your heart, lungs and mood as well. Many dvds have exercises you can follow in your own home. Biking is excellent, too.
