Exercise discomfort: It is difficult to judge the source of your pain without knowing more details. I will say this: I am a runner, and have daily leg discomfort with my runs. The benefits of exercise far outweigh the discomforts, assuming you do not have a stress fracture or other injury that needs to be treated. Like they say, "pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.".
