I'm having trouble stretching my foreskin. is this some kind of condition? what can i do?

U need steroid cream: Prescription strength 01% Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) creams are worth trying. Should be applied to the tight portion of foreskin whilst rettracting the shaft skin. Return foreskin back over the penile glans to avoid a tight ring of foreskin which could cause parphimosis which can be difficult to reduce & then usually means a circumcision to prevent it happening again. Apply twicw daily x 12 weeks.
