Yes: Prescription strength steroid cream such as 0.1% Betamethasone cream or kenalog (triamcinolone) cream. Pull poreskin back as far as it will go comfotably & apply cream to narrow constrited area twice daily for as long as necessary. Dr's prescription is required in USA, over the counter steroid creams will not work.

I can't pull my foreskin back either soft or erect. Is that Phimosis? If it is can I get a cream at a local pharmacy or online?
