Brush/Floss/Care: You need to see a dentist for an evaluation. You may need care to get you started. If you have deposits only professional care can remove them. They can also help determine the best home care regimen for you.

See a dentist: It is hard to tell exactly why your gums are bleeding... Most likely your have calculus stuck to your teeth, which is irritating your gums causing the bleeding. Have your dentist check all of your teeth and have a professional cleaning to start.

Several things: First you need to be evaluated by a dentist who can actually examine you and see x-rays of your teeth and supporting structures. He\she will go over your medical and dental history including any possible medications or medical conditions that may be a contributing factor . Your teeth should be professional cleaned and brushing and flossing techniques should be reviewed with you.
