A member asked:

Any tips to grow taller that is proven with excercises or the right diet?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

None: Balanced nutrition, exercise and proper rest provide the basic needs of growth. At a listed age of 51, you finished growing taller years ago. If asking for someone else, no special diet or exercise has ever been shown to have a positive effect of final height. Improving nutrition in someone is deficient allows them to get to their genetically expected height.
