What am i to do about my back pain from spondylolisthesis?

Strengthen yourself: Many people have spondylolisthesis, and the vast majority function very well. Strengthening the core muscles (back and tummy) reduces pain in many. Regular aerobic exercise also helps greatly. If these things and simple medication fail, see your primary doctor or spinal specialist for more options.

Back pain: I recommend you try heat pads, exercise, massage, over the counter pain killer. If your pain is not improved, you should seek help from a pain management doctor. You might benefit from a comprehensive evaluation and treatment.
