A number of things: There are a number of ways to treat spider veins on the face. These include sclerotherapy, cutanous lasers and rf photo/thermocoagulation. All of them work well in the hands of those who are experienced in using the different techniques. Choose a practitioner with the correct experience and, as long as you are relying on their experience and expertise, it should work well.

Several options.: There are several options to treat spider veins. The gold standard is sclerotherapy where a solution in injected into the veins to dissolve them. Other options are topical laser, ipl(infrared pulsed light), and fine needle radio frequency such as ellman, veinwave and veingogh. Sclerotherapy: Sclerotherapy (injection of a medicine in the vein) is your best option. The medicine can be Sotradecol, Polidocanol or hypertonic saline. It works pretty well. Laser is good also. Treatments are simple and although it takes awhile to heal, the results are pretty good. Hope that helps.
