Would spider veins be from circulation problems?

Possibly: Spiders vein maybe the tip of the iceberg for a greater problem with venous hypertension. But they also simply be spider veins. They can come from localized trauma, hormonal effects like after pregnancy or be hereditary . If they are associated with symptoms like, pain, swelling, itching, or restlessness then further evaluation should be done.

Not really: Usually when people talk about circulation problems they are talking about arterial flow. Problems here wouldn't have any impact on causing spider veins. On the other hand, spider veins can result from having larger veins that aren't working properly below the surface of the skin. So technically, there is a venous circulation problem, but it is usually so minimal that you never in any real danger.

Spider veins: The circulation consists of two parts- the arteries take blood from the heart to the rest of the body and veins return the blood back to the heart. When we refer to poor circulation this refers to the arteries not the veins. The causes of spider veins are many including hereditary, aging, hormones, pregnancies, sun exposure and sometimes weakened venous valves but not poor circulation.
