A member asked:

What happened to the spermatic vein when tied or cut off for varicoceles repair and where does the blood circulation shifted to which vein?

Spermatic Vein: Normally, there are enough collateral veins that "pick up the slack" after ligation of the main vein for varicocoele repair, so there is no need to worry.

See answer: Varicocele is thought to raised rom "back pressure" from the central venous system where the pressure is higher, to the testicle via the testicular (or gonadal) vein. By cutting off this connection, the pressure on the testis is reduced. There are many other venous collaterals whereby the testis can return blood.
