See your dentist.: You need to see your dentist asap. While there is still a molar to fix.
Are you waiting for pain? Abscess? Infection in your head? And more pain?

See dentist: Most of the time this is caused by underlying decay, which cannot support overlying tooth structure. It can also be caused by a thru and thru crack
either way, you need to see a professional asap.
If you have pain, take advil (ibuprofen) 800 mg, every 4 hrs, until you get seen.
