A doctor has provided 1 answer

Salivary stone: You are experiencing a salivary stone from some of your glands under your tongue. These can be hard white rocks to soft mucous plugs. These can pass or block the saliva coming out of the glands. You may feel pressure from the glands as the swell or distend from the fluids(before or after eating). You dentist can examine, confirm, and decide if any tx needed.
