How come there are women with bilateral hydrosalpinx but patent tubes? aren't they suppose to be blocked? can they still get pregnant naturally?

Partly blocked: Great question! the simple answer is that a tube can be only partly blocked and still accumulate fluid. Hydro fluid is made inside the tube and if it's made faster than it can drain, you can still have hydros.
