My left tube is adhered to the ovary and there is a hydrosalpinx in the right one, can i still get pregnant? is there a non-surgical alternative?

Possible: If 27 years is your correct age, there's a good chance you can get pregnant - but a high likelihood it will take ivf. I can't say more without knowing the status of your tubes, so it's possible tubal surgery might help.Tubes don't "play" - they either ar good or not.
