See doctor: Cat scratches have their own set of problems. One on the eye is of even more concern. Perhaps not a major problem but why take the chance. See your pcp, eye doctor of choice or od. If emergent, go to the er or urgent care center.

Risk of infection: When ever you have a foreign object scratch your eye, there is always a possiblity of infection. I would see your doctor to make sure you do not develop this complication.
