Corneal abrasion: If kitty scratched your eye and you have pain when you blink then she has possibly given you a corneal abrasion. The ofloxin is fine to use as a preventive, although may not be necessary. We generally recommend patching for a 24 hour period or so for the cornea to heal. If you are not completely better within 24 hours of patching, see a primary care doc for a careful eye exam.
