I agree with the: Diagnosis. Is there a rash involved? If so, consider a combination of a generic antifungal cream with Hydrocortisone cream for a fungal infection. Some histamine blockers for the stomach, like tagamet, seem to work for that problem and i would try Benadryl at night. Claritin during the day or another non sedating antihistamine can help with tylenol (acetaminophen) to reduce the discomfort. Gd luc.
