Probably not: There is always a small risk of infection when the skin is penetrated by a needle or scalpel. For most types of injections, doctors wear gloves to protect themselves from exposure to patient body fluids. These gloves are usually not sterile and are not intended to prevent infections. If your skin was cleansed with alcohol and if the medications were drawn up properly, the risk is very low.
