Dryness: In the winter, when the air is being heated it looses humidity and it is common for people to experience crusting and drying of their nose and even have nose bleeds. Try one of the saline ( not vasoconstrictor- it will make it worse) nasal sprays and get a humidifier for your room. If it persists see an ENT and he can evaluate and prescribe medications to help!
