Lumps inside: the nostrils could be normal turbinates especially if bilateral and symmetrical or could be a polyp. The painful scabs are not uncommon especial if you have nasal congestion or dryness or nose picking. Have a doctor take a look

Scabs in nostril: It could be a localized infection like folliculitis around a hair follicle. A little antibacterial ointment for a few days may help resolve it. If it persists have your nose evaluated.
