Not likely: Likely you have fibrocystic disease which is a benign condition. You should however cont with monthly exam but also have a doctor do a full exam to possibly include mammo to ensure nothing serious is going on.

Won't pass away.: Lumps in breast are common. Cancer ( i assume this is your concern) does not often occur in your age group. It is not often bilateral at presentation, it is often not as mobile, and definitely enlarges with time. Cancer does not vary with your cycle. Sounds like this is something you could keep an eye on and report to your doc if you notice anything worrisome.
