A adenoma: Go to see you Doctor for evaluation diagnosis and treatment .Maybe a mammogram with ultrasound of breast help for evaluation

At your age: malignancy is very unlikely, it is probably a benign fibroadenoa or cyst. Please see your doctor for evaluation. You may need an ultrasound for further evaluation.
