The bleeding can be heavy, so you should call your doctor, who can tell what is happening likely by blood testing, examination or ultrasound. Do not wait.

Take a : Pregnancy test; they are very sensitive. If positive you may be having miscarriage. If not its likely irregular ovulation which can be an occasional or regular issue, gd luc.
