Depends: A bullet wound could be innocuous or very serious when the same area is hit. Each bullet has its energy, the higher the caliber the greater the energy, hence the greater the injury. Where on the vertebrae the hit was also plays a role. Basically, your question cannot be answered without a lot more info. Good luck.
