Pain in rt side just under ribs, very tender to touch. Developed after flu/bronchitis & 2 wks of intense coughing. Xray, cbc/cmp unremarkable. Cough, chest pain/tightness improving; pain in side is the same. Hurts to stretch, bend, & esp cough!
