Orthotics: Orthotics are helpful if you do not have a rigidly pronated foot. Once you become rigid, it becomes a live with it or surgery options

Pronated foot: structure is common in many patients. If you are concerned with your gait I would recommend having a Podiatrist examine you and get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Supportive shoes with orthotic inserts are very beneficial to pronated foot structures.
