How to treat suspected infection in an old nipple piercing?

Med attention: I would have this medically evaluated. Nipple piercing infections can become chronic. Organisms can include anaerobes, staphylococcus aureus, group a streptococcus & pseudomonas. Surgical intervention is sometimes required.
