can an infected nipple piercing be a staph infection? if so what would it look like, one of the "ducts" on my nipple is inflamed & filled with pus.

Possible: Inflammation (redness, pain, swelling) and pus are signs infection. Staphylococcus maybe the culprit since it is a common cause of skin infection.
