See dentist: See your dentist asap. You need treatment for an infection and just taking an antibiotic is not the answer.

Seek care: You likely have periodontitis, although redness, swelling and bleeding can mean a lot of things. An evaluation by a periodontist is recommended. If you know it's an infection, then it needs treatment. Antibiotics are but one possibility and much more than that may be necessary. Good luck!
