A member asked:

Does my friend have a infection? she says she has itchiness, irritation, brown discharge, spotting, slight bleeding, little pee control, and swelling

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See answer: The symptoms you describe are most consistent with a vaginitis: inflammation of the vagina that can result in discharge, itching and pain. Bleeding and loss of urine control atypical. Most common causes of vaginitis are bacterial vaginosis (overgrowth of certain bacteria), fungal/yeast, or trichomonas (std parasite). Would definitely recommend evaluation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
