See answer: The symptoms you describe are most consistent with a vaginitis: inflammation of the vagina that can result in discharge, itching and pain. Bleeding and loss of urine control atypical. Most common causes of vaginitis are bacterial vaginosis (overgrowth of certain bacteria), fungal/yeast, or trichomonas (std parasite). Would definitely recommend evaluation for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
