Depends on the break: If you have a broken piece of tooth that does not hurt, you may eventually have pain and possibly loose the piece altogether. Different types of partials require different amounts of time and appointments to fabricate. Some partials can take from 1-3 days. Some take a few appointments and require about 1-2 weeks to actually fabricate in a lab.
