Muscle mass: A mesomorph is someone with a muscular physique. Bmi is only ht and weight, and does not factor in muscle mass. A football player may be 5'10" and 220 lb of solid muscle, yet bmi is 31 ("obese"). On the other hand, some obese people think they have more muscle than they do. The bmi is not perfect. Focus on fitness, healthy living. % body fat can be measured, tho there are not good standards.
