See your surgeon: See your surgeon as soon as possible. The sutures holding the cartilage in its newly folded position may have torn through. Allowing the cartilage to resume its previous shape and position.

See your PS: Return to your surgeon's office. This can occur if the sutures have pulled out. Unfortunately, it is likely that some type of revision will need to be performed to improve the shape of your ears.
