Why do my feet turn blue when in the shower?

Micro vascular issue: Possible raynaud's or microvascular issues. See if you can have your toes always emerged in warm water in the tub when you are showering. Afterwards, dry them quickly and wear sucks. If you need further evaluation see a podiatrist or a vascular doctor.

Assuming the water: Is moderate temp, not too hot and not too cold, you may have a vein problem. If there are no sympoms, you probablly do not require any help.
