1 year back my sonography reports showed i had pcos.i've been on meds since then but my new reports show i have a follicular cyst on one ovary.help!

Maybe normal: Pco on ultrasound means that there are lots of immature eggs. Follicular cysts are cysts that arise from follicles and are totally normal in women with or without pcos. Depending on the appearance, size, etc., your doctor may follow up to see it resolve or may chose not to.

Not to worry: A follicular cyst is normal and every woman who ovulates has one (each and every cycle). The follicular cyst contains an egg and that egg will be release with ovulation.
