What is the Question: Cancer of the ovary is rare in people under 40 years of age. Cysts of Ovary are common. Find out the size of this 'cyst" and see if it is growing in size. A repeat ultrasound of the Pelvis is a good test to check the size/changes in the cyst. Most cysts under 5 Cm are benign. I hope this is what you wanted to find out about?
