Almost anything: Breakfast is truly the most meaningful meal of the day. Logo would dictate to get used to a healthier way of eating and living. Any of the yogurts, fruits, cereals (make sure not too much sugar). Please be careful to stay away from high carb foods-muffins, donuts and bagels blake sure you also incorporate exercise into your routine.
